Back To Basics

I wanted to get this posted up in time for the Sonic 4 release, but I was busy working on this pic, "the Race" [link] and working on Prossia publicity at the same time. It's been a pretty good while since I've done a Sonic pic, and he's always fun to go back to just so I can see where I've developed in my computer illustrating.

In this pic, I was really trying to put an emphasis on his speed, a theme SEGA said they were trying to go back to in regards to the new game, hence the title. No random new characters, no 3d mishaps. . . not even a Tails or a Knuckles. Just the basics. Speed, speed, and more speed. ^^
